CW 06 Handy is extremely handy tool that can greatly facilitate the work of welders in stationary welding of growth of labor productivity, reduce the cost of welding material and increases the quality of production.
CW 06 Handy is an autonomous Cold Wire Feeder with wide application. It is a separate fully digital device that can work as manual auxiliary equipment for TIG AC and DC TIG, may operate in the plasma beam welding (Plasma Weld) or with laser applications with feeding the wire in the range of 0,6 - 1,6mm.
CW 06 Handy is designed for autonomous use in manual mode where is completely independent of another device and is directly controlled by operator command via foot controller, special ergonomic handle of cold wire feeding with switch, or another switching device. CW06 Handy is equipped with socket for connecting of switching device to control START/STOP funcionality for switching of working cycle.
CW 06 Handy is made to be extremely durable steel self-supporting structure welded from sheet steel. Under the steel door is four roller wire feeder from the other side is mounted control electronics. On the front is the connection of cables of wire into the handle. Designed hole at the top of the hidden control panel that displays the parameter setting and its location prevents accidental damage to electronics. In the back of the feeder is systems connections. Plastic cover coil wire type K 300, with a maximum load of 20 kg. The entire device stand on four-wheeled chassis with front swivel wheels. Highly sophisticated ergonomics use practical handle to frame built into the device so that it can be in a balanced position, easy to carry.
System of feeding is designed as unique construction system that is the result of HST CREATIVE research and development department activities and is patented. The device consists of four – roller feeder driven by especially designed digitally controlled driver. Construction of the driver eliminates ordinary problems with dynamics of feeding and may be operated even with high values of feeding – backwards and forwards by oscillation in 100% linearity of feeding up to limit frequency of feeding.
CW 06 Handy is controlled by special control system which provides all of the sophisticated functions through the system of display and multifunction button. The device can be controlled by foot pedal or can be equipped with special ergonomic handle with switch. CW06 is equipped with a controlled valve that can open and close the inlet forming gas.
